Membership and Pricing

  • Our prices vary depending on the personal training package you choose. Costs are determined by individual requirements, training frequency, and program duration. For detailed pricing information, please get in touch with us.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Yes, we provide full locker room and shower facilities.

  • Yes, we offer both workout towels and towels for showers.

  • No. While we provide locker and shower facilities, we do not have additional amenities such as a sauna or steam room.

  • No. We have lift access, but please note that access to the building from the street requires walking up steps.

  • Yes, we offer limited complimentary parking, and an open car park is directly across from our building entrance.

  • We have a waiting area where family members, drivers, assistants, etc., can wait while you train. Free Wi-Fi access is also available.

Training Programs

  • No. We do not offer group classes. Our sole focus is on one-on-one personal training.

  • No, all our training is conducted at our centre.

  • This is a common question. Through a consultation and initial assessment, we determine the best personal training program for you. For more information on our programs, please click here.

  • Yes, we provide both home and travel programs upon request. These programs are meticulously designed to complement your training at Pinnacle, ensuring you stay on track towards your goals even when off-site. Each program has accompanying videos to simplify your experience, eliminating the need to memorize exercise names. There are no additional fees for these programs, underscoring our commitment to supporting your fitness journey wherever you are.

  • We have one of the most comprehensive assessment protocols in the industry, measuring 9 fitness parameters to ensure a complete understanding of your current fitness and abilities. Our key innovation, the Pinnacle Fitness Rating, is a comprehensive system that quantifies the intensity of your workouts and monitors your overall fitness improvements. As you achieve higher levels of fitness and strength, your rating score increases, providing a reliable measure of your overall performance.   • Medical fitness is our speciality. We can help you get back into shape or manage your current medical condition with the correct exercise prescription.  Our medical fitness programs are here.

  • No. Each program is individually designed to suit each person’s requirements. Our oldest client is 91 years old. Regardless of your age, we can assist with a proper program.

  • Yes, our programs are best suited for juniors 8 years and older. However, there are some restrictions related to training youngsters. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information on our junior and youth programs or click here.

  • Once you start training with us, you’ll be assigned a head trainer who will be your contact for all matters related to your training, including scheduling.

  • Absolutely. Our policy allows you to request a change of trainers at any time, no questions asked. Unlike many fitness centres, our trainers have no sales targets and are full-time employees, which enables them to dedicate 100% of their efforts to your training and goals. Nevertheless, if you ever feel the need to switch trainers, you have the flexibility to do so at any time.

  • Yes, that is correct. Since all our trainers are full-time employees, our main focus is ensuring our clients receive the best training experience. Each of our trainers has a speciality, and depending on your goals and requirements, you may have the option to train with more than one trainer. This will be explained in more detail once we have completed your consultation and introductory fitness assessment.
